Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated (ΙΦΘ) is a historically African-American, intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity. It was founded on September 19, 1963, at Morgan State University (then Morgan State College) in Baltimore, Maryland. Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated aims for the perpetuation of Scholarship, Leadership, Citizenship, Fidelity, and Brotherhood among Men. The Alpha Pi Chapter (ΑΠ) was chartered on the campus of Morehouse College on November 20, 1981.
