Kevin D. Chapman, Jr. serves as the Director of Community Service and has 15 plus years of higher education experience and program management. In addition to being a combat veteran, he is a 2006 graduate of Morehouse College and an alumnus of the Adams Scholar Program of the Emma & Joe Adams Public Service Institute. Mr. Chapman is no stranger to community service and activism, earning recognition and several awards from local newspapers, DeKalb County Commissioners, DeKalb County CEO and a U.S. Congressman.
