Julien Serrano-O'Neil is the Second Vice President for Community Impact & Business Development of the United Foundation of Central Florida, Inc. He attained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Morehouse. He is currently pursuing a Dual Masters Degree at the University of Central Florida for Nonprofit Management and Public Administration.
Julien serves as the Chairman of the Board for The DreamHaus Project, Inc., a nonprofit serving youth in Texas. The Chairman of the Evans High School Community Leadership Council in Orlando, FL, serving students at his alma mater. Julien's commitment to empowering communities one family at a time has been his motivating factor in life; because of this, he was awarded the 2022 Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree, 2022 Inaugural AfroLatinX Award Recipient from La Escula de Bomba y Plena Tata Cepeda and the Inaugural Student Pillar of Pine Hills from the Orange County, FL Government.
Julien was initiated through the 202nd House of Alpha, the Delta Xi Lambda Chapter in Orlando, FL. Serving at the chapter level on the Constitution & Bylaws Committee, Nominations & Elections Committee, the Reclamation & Retention Committee, the Awards Committee, and the IMDP Team. He is Life Member #16002.
Julien is a Member of the Morehouse College National Alumni Association and an Honorary Member of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association.

Creating free youth-driven programming through workshops, training, and community outreach focuses on topics such as but not limited to financial literacy, drug/violence prevention, job preparedness, the importance of voter education, and the importance of knowing our rights.
