My name is Camron El-Amin. I am a first-generation college student. I currently attend Morehouse College. I have chosen Biology as my major because it is my goal to become a Veterinarian. After completing my first semester, I am certain that Morehouse college is where I want to continue to matriculate, graduate, and move on to pursue my Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After completing my first semester and achieving a 3.3 GPA, I know that I am capable of raising my GPA while immersing myself in the culture, taking on leadership roles, and ultimately graduating from Morehouse with honors. I am hardworking and have a strong desire to learn. Currently, the only roadblock is the financial burden of my tuition. My mother is a single parent and has been chronically underemployed and unfortunately cannot be of help.... [more]
