Lobby Ambassador

Have excellent customer service skills? Join us at Fernbank as a Lobby Ambassador! Provide directions and personalized exhibit recommendations, hand out maps, share information about some of the world's dinosaurs, and make our guests feel welcome. Have fun and meet people from all over the world!

Lobby Ambassador shifts are available each and every day from 10am-1:00pm and 1:00pm-4pm.

An orientation and background check will be required prior to beginning service. Materials will be provided by the Volunteer Office as necessary. Volunteers must be over the age of 18 and will be asked to adhere to a basic dress code, including a nametag and Fernbank polo.
