Fernbank Forest Restoration

Forest Restoration volunteers learn about the current and future ecological restoration efforts on Fernbank's campus and help eradicate nonnative invasive species. In this role, volunteers will have the opportunity to learn about native woodlands and assist with restoration activities such as removing invasive plant species and replanting native species in forested areas.

A background check will be required prior to beginning service. Materials will be provided by the Fernbank as necessary.
